The Cheese Monkeys is about a young art student at a university. It discusses the intensity of doing artwork as a major. The student's eccentric teacher encourages him to pursue graphic design, and to think about design in a more complex way. Before reading this book, I never really considered the hard work behind being an arts major. It focuses mostly on graphic design, and it has many hidden aspects about the graphic design of the book itself. I highly recommend this book to anyone with an interest in learning more about art school or art in general. Art is a much broader subject than many people first believe.
